Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Last Day to Apply for Admission

The last day to apply for admission for the Fall 2025 2nd 8 Week Semester is Friday, October 3rd. 

Registrar & Admissions

Payment Due

The payment deadline for the Fall 2025 2nd 8 Week Semester is Friday, October 3rd, at 4:00 pm. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment arrangement using E-cashier to take advantage of our payment options. Additionally, if you applied for Financial Aid make sure to confirm that you have been awarded by checking your SWTX email account, Self-Service, or by contacting the Financial Aid office. The first day of classes will be on Monday, October 13th.  Set Up Payment

Fall 1st 8 Week Semester Final Exams

Student Success Centers help make final exams manageable; take advantage of resources available at all campuses and online. Fall 2025 1st 8 Week Semester Exams take place Thursday, October 9th.
