Stop by for help with registering for Spring Semester classes, completing your FAFSA, and applying for admissions—all in one festive, stress-free spot. Enjoy a cheerful holiday theme while you check important items off your to-do list and “stuff your stocking” with the resources you need for a successful semester! Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Registration

Registration for all Spring 2026 Semesters is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier.

Fall Semester Exams

Student Success Centers help make final exams manageable; take advantage of resources available at all campuses and online. Fall 2025 16 Week Semester Exams take place Saturday, November 29th – Thursday, December 4th; while Fall 2025 2nd 8 Week Semester Exams take place on Wednesday, December 3rd.

Application Deadline - Spring Academic Scholarship

SWTX Freshman and Sophomore students who did not receive a scholarship for the Fall and Spring Semesters of the current academic year may apply for a one-semester Spring Scholarship. Applications are due on Monday, December 1st. Scholarship Application
