Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

All Grades Due & Mid-Semester Grades Due

All grades are due for the Fall 2025 1st 8 Week Semester and mid-semester grades are due for the Fall 2025 16 Week Semester on Friday, October 10th at 12:00 pm (noon). 

Academic Calendar

Late Registration (Pay as you go)

Students can continue registering for Fall 2025 2nd 8 Week Semester classes between Monday, October 6th, and Tuesday, October 14th; however, it will only be under a “pay as you go” option. The first day of classes will be Monday, October 13th.  Register Today
