Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Registration

Registration for the Fall 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier  Registrar Today

Last Day to Apply for Admission

The last day to apply for admission for the Fall 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester is Friday, September 25th.  Registrar & Admissions

Payment Due

The payment deadline for the Fall 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester is Friday, October 2nd, at 4:00 pm. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment arrangement using E-cashier to take advantage of our payment options. Additionally, if you applied for Financial Aid, make sure to confirm that you have been awarded by checking your SWTX email account, Self-Service, or by contacting the Financial Aid office. The first day of classes is Monday, October 12th.
