    Stay on track and take care of your health! Students needing their flu or bacterial meningitis vaccination can stop by Building F on Thursday, July 16th, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. If insured, an insurance card is needed. The Department of State and Health Services will provide the vaccinations for those who are eligible.

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Official Census Date - 4th Class Day

The official enrollment date (4th Class Day) for Summer Session II is Thursday, July 9th.

Withdrawal Deadline

The last day to drop a class with a “W” for Summer Session II is Friday, July 24th, at 12:00 pm. To complete the Class Withdrawal Form, please download the form to your computer and enter your information into the fillable fields. Once you have completed the form, save your changes and schedule an appointment with your Success Coach to get it signed before submitting it to the Office of the Registrar. Class Withdrawal Form

Registration

Registration for all Fall 2026 Semesters is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier  Registrar Today
