Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Registration

Registration for all Spring 2026 Semesters is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier

Financial Aid refunds for the Fall 2025 sessions will be disbursed on Friday, October 31st.  Learn More

Withdrawal Deadline

The last day to drop a class with a “W” for the Fall 2025 16 Week and 2nd 8 Week Semesters is Monday, November 10th, at 6:00 pm. To complete the Class Withdrawal Form, please download the form to your computer and enter your information into the fillable fields. Once you have completed the form, save your changes and schedule an appointment with your Success Coach to get it signed before submitting it to the Office of the Registrar.
