Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Registration

Registration for all Spring 2026 Semesters is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier

Payment Due

The payment deadline for the Spring 2026 1st 8 Week and 16 Week Semesters is Monday, January 6th, at 6:00 pm. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment arrangement using E-cashier to take advantage of our payment options. Additionally, if you applied for Financial Aid, make sure to confirm that you have been awarded by checking your SWTX email account, Self-Service, or by contacting the Financial Aid office. The first day of classes will be on Monday, January 12th.  Set Up Payment

Dormitories Open

Garner Hall and Hubbard Hall dormitories are open to students moving into the Uvalde campus on Wednesday, January 7th, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
