Official transcripts of all course work completed at Southwest Texas College is now available via electronic services. Southwest Texas College is now partnering with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), to process all official transcript requests.
Current/former students who would like to request a secure PDF electronic transcript can make their request using the link below.

Unofficial Transcripts
View and print your current unofficial Southwest Texas College transcript by logging into your Self-Service account. (SWTX homepage>Login>Self-Service)
Former students who have been inactive for over a year will not have their Self-Service account active. Therefore, for further assistance you may send your request to the Office of Admissions at admoffice@swtxc.edu.
Transcript Holds
