"I had a great time helping students at Morales Junior High with their science fair projects alongside Estela Morales, 7th/8th grade Dual Language Science Teacher and Science Dept. Chair," said Bryson Catlett, SWTX Full STEaM Ahead STEM Mentor. "We guided them through their research, experiments, presentations, and everything in between. It was awesome to see their hard work pay off, and I was truly impressed by their creativity and dedication. Watching them grow in their scientific thinking and confidence throughout the process was incredibly rewarding."

The event was made possible by the support of numerous volunteers, including the Full STEaM Ahead (FSA) Team, who assisted throughout the process. A special thank you was extended to the Uvalde Cactus Jack Foundation for their generous donation of $1,500 and H-E-B for providing gift cards that allowed the purchase of much-needed materials and refreshments for the fair.

The science fair not only highlighted the students' achievements but also fostered a sense of community and collaboration among all participants. The dedication and enthusiasm of the students, teachers, and volunteers made the event a memorable success.
